No, we do not take reservations or pre-sell our tickets. You will purchase them when you arrive.

Yes, please download our Release, Waiver & Assumption of Risk, And Indemnity Agreement, print and fill it out, and have your child bring it with them.

Yes, for the Alpine Slide, Snow Play and Go-Karts, riders must be a minimum of 36” tall. The minimum height for the Soaring Eagle is 42″ tall. For the Mineshaft Coaster, the minimum height is 38″ tall and 3 years old.

No we do not allow casts, splints or braces. Individuals with pre-existing injuries may not participate in any of our attractions.

Yes we have a family priced snack bar to satisfy your taste buds! See our menu HERE: No outside food permitted.

Snow Play

Dress for winter weather! Wear a hat, gloves, and snow pants if you prefer. As always, the best way to stay warm is to dress in layers, which allows the removal of clothing if you become warm, and the addition of clothing if the temperature drops. Bring sunscreen, lip balm and skin moisturizers. The sun reflects off the snow during cloudy and sunny days!

No, we provide your inner tube, and it is included in the price of the ticket. You must use our inner tubes.

Pregnant woman are not allowed past the Snow Play gate.

Yes, in order to participate in snow tubing, you must be at least 36″ tall. Children between 36″ – 42″ tall ride with a paying adult 18 years of age or older, must ride on the same inner tube with the adult, and must have a Child ticket. One on one adult supervision. Only one child (36″ – 42″ tall) per adult will be allowed past the gate.

You must have a ticket to go past the Snow Play gate.

Group Rates

Yes, group rates are available mid-week and non-holidays. All groups must be booked in advance. Please call or email for more information.

All riders will be required to review and sign an electronic release of liability and assumption of risk waiver before tubing or participating in any other activities. Those individuals under age 18 will need the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
