My child will be visiting with friends.  Can my child participate?
Yes, please download our Release, Waiver & Assumption of Risk, And
Indemnity Agreement, print and fill it out, and have your child bring it with
them.

Is there a minimum height requirement to participate?
Yes, all riders must be a minimum of 36"  tall.  The minimum height for the
Soaring Eagle is 42" tall.

Do you allow casts or splints?
No we do not allow casts or splints.  Individuals with pre-existing injuries may
participate in mini golf only.

Do you have food/souvenirs available for purchase?
Yes we have a family priced snack bar to satisfy your taste buds! See our

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes we do!  Please email us at info@alpineslidebigbear for further info.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept cash only and have an ATM on site for your convenience.

Do rides close due to weather?
Some of our rides are seasonal and may also close unexpectedly during
normal operating times due to weather conditions.

How are the road conditions?
Mountain weather can change dramatically on very short notice. For current

SNOW PLAY FAQ's

What should I wear?
Dress for winter weather! Wear a hat, gloves, and snow pants if you prefer. As
always, the best way to stay warm is to dress in layers, which allows the
removal of clothing if you become warm, and the addition of clothing if the
temperature drops.  Bring sunscreen, lip balm and skin moisturizers. The sun
reflects off the snow during cloudy and sunny days!

Do I Need to bring my own equipment?
No, we provide your inner tube, and it is included in the price of the ticket. You
must use our inner tubes.

Do I Need To Be A Certain Age To Snow Tube?
Yes, in order to participate in snow tubing, you must be at least 36" tall.
Children between 36" - 42" tall ride with a paying adult 18 years of age or
older, must ride on the same inner tube with the adult, and must have a Child
ticket.  One on one adult supervision.  Only one child (36" - 42" tall) per adult
will be allowed past the gate.

What if I am pregnant?
Sorry, pregnant woman are not allowed past the Snow Play gate.

What if I just want to take pictures of my friends/family?
You must have a ticket to go past the gate.

Groups rates available mid-week, non-holiday. No group rates available Nov.
28th - Dec. 1st, Dec. 20th - Jan, 12th, Jan 18th - 20th, or Feb. 15th - 17th. All
